WHO WE ARE
Constable Care Foundation is Western Australia’s leading youth safety education provider.
For more than 32 years, the Foundation has delivered creative, performance-based youth safety and crime prevention programs to millions of WA children.
Perhaps best known for lower primary school puppet shows which have entertained and educated generations of young children, the Foundation has evolved to meet the challenges and needs of children and young people of today through a range of new products and services.
Utilising the participatory approach of internationally-recognised Forum Theatre, our programs raise awareness, influence attitudes and deliver real behaviour change, making a significant difference to the lives of children and young people across Western Australia.

Reinforcing WA Community Safety
Whether it’s the Christmas Pageant, Australia Day Skyworks, Anzac Day or your local festival, Constable Care Foundation is actively out and about in the community with a range of products and services to enhance your next event.
We also serve the broader community through safety education performances, mascot appearances and Lost Child Points at public events; and host bi-annual Emergency Services Days to celebrate the people who help keep the community safe.
