Adele joined Constable Care Foundation in 2014 as a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in commercial and not for profit industries in Australia, the Cayman Islands, and South Africa. At the Foundation, Adele is responsible for budgeting and forecasting, oversight of payroll and HR functions, as well as reporting for management and the Board. She played an integral part in the establishment of the Constable Care Safety School in 2017, which is the only one of its kind in Western Australia. Adele is passionate about working with the Foundation and find it very rewarding to work with an organisation that is constantly evolving and finding innovative ways to prevent harm to children, young people, and the wider community.
