Our puppet shows and live interactive performances deliver engaging safety education to children in West Australian primary schools and in the community.
Constable Care Foundation entertains and educates more than 130,000 children across Western Australia each year, including up to 20,000 students in remote and regional WA.
Programs are developed in consultation with education, child safety and harm prevention experts.
School incursions are FREE to WA schools, with each performance supported by a teacher’s resource pack and evaluation kit.
Bring safety to life with our engaging puppet theatre performances, specifically designed for younger audiences. Through storytelling and interactive play, we introduce foundational safety concepts in a way that is fun, memorable, and age-appropriate for early learners.
At this foundational stage, safety education needs to be more than just a set of rules – it needs to be a memorable adventure. Our puppet-based performances are specifically crafted to align with the Early Years Learning Framework, using storytelling and song to translate complex concepts like ’emergency response’ or ‘private zones’ into a language children understand. By engaging their imagination, we ensure that vital safety messages stick, creating a positive first relationship with safety figures like the police.
We understand that for young learners, ‘doing’ is as important as ‘seeing.’ Our performers are experts in managing early childhood audiences, ensuring every session is interactive, inclusive, and emotionally supportive. When you book a Lower Primary show, you aren’t just hosting a performance; you’re giving your students the confidence to trust their instincts and the vocabulary to ask for help when they need it most.
