Susan is the CEO of ACT Australia and New Zealand, a film and theatre-based safety culture and leadership training company. A former State Director of CEDA and Senior Account Director for the Australian Institute of Management, Susan has over 25 years experience in international leadership in film and television, organisational management, information technology and risk management. Susan has held a number of board roles including the Founding Chair of Theatre180 and will present Symposia at the World Work Health and Safety Congress in 2023.
