Jacqui joined Constable Care Foundation in 2023, coming to the organisation from well known daily newspaper, The West Australian. She has a background in journalism, with a primary focus in arts and entertainment features, and has written across many other branches. While her main focus at the Foundation involves writing, she contributes across the board and happily jumps in to do a variety of tasks to support the team. Jacqui loves being part of a friendly, values-led organisation that thinks outside the box to make a genuine, positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
She was drawn to Constable Care Foundation as she is passionate about giving every child the best start to life, advocating for mental health, disability and educational rights, and supporting the local arts scene. Jacqui is a Maylands local, having lived in the area for over a decade, and enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering in the local school gardening program and other initiatives.
