Louis Spencer graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2017 with a Bachelor of Performing Arts Majoring in Performance Making, and joined Constable Care Foundation initially on the events team in 2018, moving to the performance team in 2019. He is a multidisciplinary theatre artist and performer proudly living, working and creating on Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar land.

As a theatre maker, Louis has created such performances as JABRONI (2023) and the Martin Simms Award nominated The Big City (2019), both produced at The Blue Room Theatre. He has performed in theatre works including Spare Parts Puppet Theatre’s The Velveteen Rabbit (2022) and small and cute, oh no (2021), at The Blue Room Theatre. His film and television credits include commercials for Chicken Treat (2022) and RAC (2021) as well as numerous short films.

During his time at the Foundation, Louis has performed countless Constable Care and Youth Choices shows, delivering programs in schools and communities all across Western Australia.
