Rachel joined Constable Care Foundation in 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge working in training, events, and operations to her role as Arts and Education Operations Executive. Her experience in the field of mental health lends to her ability to approach the role with empathy and kindness, and with an understanding of the needs of the schools, community groups, and organisations that she is working alongside to ensure best practice program delivery.
Rachel is responsible for booking and coordinating performances and tours in the Perth metro area and across all of Western Australia, and played a key role in the launch of Overshare, the Foundation’s first virtual reality learning experience. She enjoys working for the organisation, and says her passion is driven and supported by the healthy workplace culture, everyone’s willingness to help each other, and the common goal to have a positive impact on children and young people.
